Terms of Service

ZeroStake is an educational simulation application for 100% fictional sports betting, published by KACZOR IT CONSULTING (SARL, Pontoise Trade Register 995 084 308). Its purpose is to let users learn how to analyse sports odds and practise doing so in a playful setting, with no real financial stakes whatsoever.

ZeroStake is not a gambling operator. No real money is ever deposited, wagered, won or lost on the platform. All balances, bets, winnings and losses displayed are entirely fictional and have no monetary value.

ZeroStake does not hold an ANJ (French gambling authority) licence and does not need one under the French regulations governing online gambling.

To create a ZeroStake account, the user must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide a valid email address
• Choose a username that is not offensive, misleading or already in use
• Accept these Terms of Service and the privacy policy
• Explicitly confirm that all bets are fictional and that no real money is involved

By creating an account, the user solemnly certifies that they are of legal age and accept all of these terms. ZeroStake reserves the right to suspend or delete any account suspected of belonging to a minor.

The user agrees to use ZeroStake in compliance with applicable law and these Terms of Service. The following are prohibited in particular:

• Any attempt to circumvent security measures
• The use of bots, automated scripts or scraping tools
• Spamming, harassment or any abusive behaviour towards other users
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension
• Any attempt to disrupt the proper operation of the platform
• Impersonating another user

Each user has a fictional wallet credited with 1,000 fictional units upon registration. This fictional balance has no real monetary value, is not transferable, and cannot be withdrawn, converted into real currency or exchanged for any goods or services.

Simulated bets on ZeroStake use real odds from real bookmakers, for informational and educational purposes only. Simulation outcomes are based on real sports results but involve no real financial gain or loss of any kind.

The fictional euro (EUR_FAKE) is the internal game unit of the service, with no correspondence to real money.

The "Race Bet" feature offers a fictional weekly budget that resets every week. This budget is strictly fictional, represents no real money and can under no circumstances be converted into real value.

The weekly Race Bet leaderboard is purely for fun and confers no financial advantage, no cash prize and no rights of any kind on its winner.

ZeroStake can be used free of charge. The following remain available to every registered user at no cost: fictional bets, the fictional wallet, groups and leagues, leaderboards, public predictions and the daily "AI Selection". On-demand AI analysis — the analysis of a match triggered by the user — is however a paid feature: the free plan includes no such analyses.

Two optional subscriptions provide access to it, as well as to VIP predictions:

• ZeroStake PRO — €19.99 per month or €199 per year: 3 on-demand AI analyses per day.
• ZeroStake ULTIME — €79 per month (monthly only): 15 on-demand AI analyses per day.

Because AI analyses rely on usage-billed models, they are subject to a daily quota, shown on the subscription page and refilled every day at midnight (UTC). Unused quota does not carry over to the next day. No unlimited access is offered or promised, whatever the plan. An analysis already produced for a given match is served again from cache without counting against the quota.

The subscription is payment for a digital service: it never credits the fictional wallet, never enables any real-money wagering, confers no advantage in the settlement of fictional bets, and in no way turns ZeroStake into a gambling operator.

The current price, inclusive of all taxes, is displayed before any payment on the secure checkout page and prevails over any other statement. The subscription is automatically renewed at each billing date, monthly or yearly depending on the plan chosen. Payment is processed by Stripe; ZeroStake stores no card data.

The user may cancel at any time from the Subscription page ("Manage my subscription"). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, which remains payable; the plan's features are maintained until that date, after which the account simply reverts to the free plan with no loss of data. In the event of a failed payment, paid access may be suspended after notification.

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the user has a 14-day right of withdrawal. By subscribing, the user expressly requests immediate performance of the service and acknowledges that, for the period already started, the right of withdrawal applies net of the service already provided. Any request must be made by email to the contact address given in the legal notice.

Any change in price will be notified at least 30 days before it takes effect; the user may cancel before the new price applies.

ZeroStake is an educational simulation. Under no circumstances shall ZeroStake be held liable for:

• Real betting decisions made by a user on the basis of information displayed on ZeroStake
• Service interruptions or unavailability
• Data loss caused by technical issues

The user uses ZeroStake at their own risk. ZeroStake does not provide financial or sports advice. The AI analyses available on the platform are purely indicative.

The user may delete their account at any time from the application settings (Settings → Danger zone → Delete my account). Deletion permanently erases all fictional game data.

ZeroStake reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these Terms of Service, without notice or compensation, fictional balances having no real value.

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection jurisdiction rules, under which consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
