3. Nature of the application
ZeroStake is an educational simulation application for 100% fictional sports betting. It lets its users practise analysing sports odds without any real financial commitment.
ZeroStake is not a gambling operator. The application collects no real deposits, processes no real withdrawals and involves no real financial transactions. No monetary winnings are possible.
ZeroStake does not hold an ANJ licence (Autorité Nationale des Jeux, the French gambling authority) because it does not need one: no real money is at stake.
4. Minors prohibited
Use of ZeroStake is strictly reserved for adults (18+). By creating an account, the user certifies that they meet the legal age requirement in their country of residence. ZeroStake reserves the right to suspend any account suspected of belonging to a minor.
5. Intellectual property
All elements making up the ZeroStake website (texts, graphics, software, source code, database, structure) are the exclusive property of ZeroStake or are covered by licences granted to ZeroStake.
Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation of all or part of these elements is prohibited and constitutes infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The ZeroStake source code is the exclusive property of KACZOR IT CONSULTING. Any reuse requires prior written authorisation.
6. Sports data
The odds displayed on ZeroStake come from The Odds API (theOddsApi.com) and are reproduced for purely informational and educational purposes to enable the simulation of fictional bets. They in no way constitute an incitement to bet real money.
